What to Expect When Hiring

Booking a sensory-friendly, high-detail artist is simple! 

Here is my 4-step process to ensure your event is a colorful success:

Step # 1 ~ The Initial Inquiry :

* Once you’ve reached out, I will send you an email containing a 

   Booking Inquiry and Intake Form.

* This helps me understand your specific needs, the venue details, and any sensory    

accommodations required for your guests.                                                            

Step # 2 ~ Securing Your Date :

* If you’d like to move forward, I will send over my Booking and Cancellation Policy, 

  along with a Service Waiver for you to read and fill out.

  

* This step ensures we are both on the same page regarding 

   safety and professional protocol.

Step # 3 ~ Finalizing the Plans :

*We will finalize all design and timing details as the date approaches.

 

* 24 hours before the event, I will send a final confirmation message 

  to ensure everything is ready to go.

Step # 4 ~ 

Event Day :

* I arrive on-site ready to transform your event with vibrant art.

  I’ll ensure every guest has a comfortable and magical experience.
